I provide a professional photographer to take all of the interior and exterior photos of your home, including aerial/drone photos, and a professional REAL 3D Virtual Tour of your entire home with a floorplan and dimensions. All of my listing appear on MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com and 1,000’s of real estate websites. I upload the photos of your home to MLS and add captions to each photo. I have only reduced my commission, NOT my services!

When you list your home for sale with me, a professional photographer will create a 3D Virtual Tour of your entire home at no extra cost! Aerial/Drone Photography Included
All of my clients receive full service, including professional photography, aerial/drone pictures, plus a 3D virtual tour/walkthrough of their entire home. NEW MLS RULES: Photos with embedded captions (in the photo itself) are no longer permitted on Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service. I still place captions on the photos I place on MLS, but captions embedded in the photo are no longer allowed on MLS.

MLS Photos with Captions!
I add captions to each photo I upload to MLS. In the photo below the title of the photo reads, “New AC/Heat Pump Replaced in 2022.” The additional description reads… “New AC/Heat Pump (replaced in 2022), new programable thermostat, and extra attic insulation.”

The 1% Listing Commission fee (mentioned above) is for representing you as YOUR AGENT in the sale of your property (from start to finish) and for marketing/promoting your property until it is sold (and closes escrow). My discounted 1% listing commission does NOT include any compensation for the buyer’s agent. It is the fee I charge for my services. Sellers are NOT required to pay the buyer’s agent a commission or fee. Real estate commissions are negotiable.
