When you list your home for sale with me, a professional photographer will take all the photos of your home, inside and out. The photographer will also take the aerial/drone photos and also create a real 3D Virtual Tour of your entire home at no extra cost! When I place a home’s photos on MLS, I add captions to MLS to describe the photos and a home’s features/improvements. In the photo below the title of the photo reads, “New AC/Heat Pump Replaced in 2022.” The additional description reads… “New AC/Heat Pump (replaced in 2022), new programable thermostat, and extra attic insulation.”

Discount Commission Details
The 1% Listing Commission fee (mentioned above) is for representing you as YOUR AGENT in the sale of your property (from start to finish) and for marketing/promoting your property until it is sold (and closes escrow). My discounted 1% listing commission does NOT include any compensation for the buyer’s agent. It is the fee I charge for my services. Sellers are NOT required to pay the buyer’s agent a commission or fee. Real estate commissions are negotiable.
